Regarding https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=241072

There are unbelievable mess in the way how command line is interpreted. I don't want to apply this patch because it does not really solve the
problem. Where are some escaping and double escaping of quotes and backslashes...

I want to re-write whole parser to make "shell" style, see Comment  #3

Any objections?
