It is not easy. You should start with copying gcc toolchain extension points and adjusting values for your toolchain.
There is doc available somewhere about it, could look at http://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/planning/4.0Plan#Build
If you succeed please share your experience with us, because we are trying to fix it to make easier to do.
