[cdt-dev] Extension point for MakeTarget actions

Hello,

I think that will be useful if MakeTaget view will have extension point to add your own actions.
I propose to add new org.eclipse.cdt.make.ui.views.AbstactMakeViewAction class. I already have some initial changes and was able to reuse extension point in my own plugin
I will be glad to contribute and finish it properly and submit patch

What do you think about that?
