RE: [cdt-dev] GDB remote launch using RSE

Hi,
I originally submitted this as an example of using RSE. It's not
something that was completely generalized because it was meant as a
proof of concept for using RSE. It could certainly use a face lift from
what I submitted. (unless that's already been done.)

I would certainly like to see it finished. Remote launch is important
for developers with cross build tools, which in the gnu world are very
good.
