The last coordinated icon refresh was done with the help of the "IBM
Media design" team  in March 2005.   I had given them the entire list of
icons, and they provided alternatives.   I do not know if anything
happened since then.  Here is the doc that was produced:

How do we come up with icons that we use in UI? Do we have designated 
icon artist, or how does it work?
I need to create an Icon for "event breakpoints" I don't know where to
