Does anyone have an objection to making

   org.eclipse.cdt.ui

a required plugin of

   org.eclipse.cdt.debug.ui

After all, they're both "ui" plugins, and their non-ui counterpartshave the same one way dependency.

The motivation is that I want to refer to theITranslationUnitEditorInput within ToggleBreakpointAdapter.java.
