RE: [cdt-dev] Indexer with Index all files option.

1) When a project refers to another project (Project Properties -
Project References) the content of the index of the referenced
project is considered during indexing.

2) Is there a question?

3) The indexer considers all the headers included by your sources,
provided that it can find them. To configure the include search
path for the indexer you need to look at Project Properties -
C/C++ General - Paths and Symbols

4) https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=113568
