[cdt-dev] Indexer files location

Suppose, I'd like to check in/check out PDOM file together with other  
project content.   Is it possible to store PDOM file in project instead 
of sing for that metadata? 
Suppose I can do it. Then if I decide to check out some project together 
with its PDOM data base, would this index data be consistent with other 
PDOM files in the workspace?
