I know this is a really early deadline, but the IP team
gets really swamped at this point in the release cycle. I'm not sure we have
anything yet to review, but for things that are waiting in the wings (e.g. the
refactoring work), we'll need to get this in soon.

be January 31, 2008 though the sooner we have a picture on total requirements
