Title: Programmatically set Indexer settings of project

Hello guys,

Is there a way to programmatically (or through an extension point) set the Indexer settings of a project without using the internal class IndexerPreferences?

I need this because the indexer settings values are coming from another plugin and the user does not know anything about the right settings.
