Hi Doug,
CDT_4_0_2 doesn't appear to have been tagged in the repository (unless
I'm missing something...).

Nope. This CDT release is off cycle from the Europa maintenance releases
which is where the Eclipse IDEs come from. You can still use the CDT
update
site to upgrade the current IDE.
