RE: [cdt-dev] Why does CDT contribute to early Startup?

FYI,
I now filed
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=197495
asking for removal of the earlyStartup contribution
in CDT Standard Make UI.
I'd appreciate somebody looking at it, it seems that
the work of converting projects could also be done
lazily on plugin activation.
