[cdt-dev] Incrementing PDOM version for CDT 4.0.1

Hi,
I'd like to fix bug 189811 (see below) in CDT 4.0.1. Unfortunately this
requires the use of a new PDOM version. The effect of this is, that
users
upgrading from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 will get all of their projects reindexed.
Furthermore, 4.0.1 would not be able to use SDKs provided for 4.0.0.

In case this is a problem for you, please comment on the bug.
