I found a pretty nasty bug in the C99 parser (bug 194206) so I wouldn't
mind a respin. I should have a fix for that today.

Hey gang,
Well, as I warned with my last bug fix, we have found some holes in the fix
and a respin of 4.0 is looking likely. I?m going to do a bit more testing
and will decide by the end of the day.
