RE: [cdt-dev] Images in CDT tutorial docs

Hi all.
There are only a few that are like that (5 html pages I believe - the rest
are the usual way. For the next version We'll surely be changing things
considerably...like cheat sheets!! Many other wonderful things out there for
us to use. Just had too many time constraints. Ah...can you smell the
intellectual rubber burning???

I finally figured out why the docs weren't opening in my runtime
workspace... corrupt org.eclipse.osgi.services plugin wasn't allowing Jetty
to initialize... anyway I finally started taking the docs for a spin.
Gotta agree with Beth on both counts. I am thrilled that someone has
updated the docs and so I don't want to sound ungrateful. But, having the
images open up as separate links (in my case, first through Firefox and
*then* I get an Open With/Save To Disk dialog that suggests Photo Editor)
is very painful to the point that I don't want to open the images. By the
time I jump through all those hoops and open those two external apps to
view the image, I forget what it was I was supposed to be doing.
We should look at changing this for the next release IMHO.

It's a personal style of Angelina. If you are walking through the tutorial,
you don't really need to see the images since you'll have the real thing in
front of you anyway. At least that's the idea.
Given that we are out of time, we'll have to live with it for now. We'll
see
if there are better ways and try them out for 4.0.1.
