I'm trying to gather information for a proposal and I'm interested in  
the economic argument for using an IDE.  Would any of you care to  
hazard a guess as to how much more efficient you are developing on  
Eclipse using the IDE as opposed to command line tools?  I know this  
is hard to quantify, I'm just looking for a very rough estimate or  
guess.

Are you say 10% more efficient, 20%?
