I'm add a welcome content page (on the Overview page) to link to PTP/PLDT
content.
I'd like to add one for CDT as well, to point users to the help and
tutorials.
I noticed the CDT help is getting some attention for 4.0.  Terrific!

Are you planning a universal intro plug-in to add this for CDT?
I will be happy to make you a basic one.

Where is a large icon that is the most representative of CDT?

When new plugins are detected, and eclipse is launched, the overview page
comes up
and the new plugins are highlighted in yellow.
This is a perfect place to guide new users to the CDT content.
