RE: [cdt-dev] CDT gives "java.lang.unsatisfiedLinkError: no spawn er in java.library.path" on Mac

This is bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=147885. Apparently
Ken committed the binaries back in March. I'm not sure why they're not
working, or how I need to change my build scripts to deal with them.
