RE: [cdt-dev] CDT 3.1.3

To get a more accurate view of what's in the stream, checkout the CVS log
at:
   http://cdt.eclipse.org/cvslog/cdt_3_1/index.html

There are a few more there, too.

I'd be happy to do a build but I do not want to call it 3.1.3. It'll still
be 3.1.2 but with a newer qualifier. 3.1.3 should be reserved for when we
want to make a globally available release. BTW, I've already given a post
3.1.2 build to a customer...
