There is an internal interface ICInternalBinding
that has this method.  It probably shouldn't be added to IFunction
as that affects C++ classes as well.  Consider changing ICInternalBinding
into a public ICBinding instead.

Yes.
CFunction.getPhysicalNode() exists but IFunction.getPhysicalNode() does
not.

Are there things missing from IFunction? If so we should expand that. In
general, no one should be using the internal classes, only the DOM itself.
