I don’t think anyone has actually tried to use the SDK builds in 4.0, other than yourself, I guess. Please raise a bug.

Hello,

Is anyone looking into why the SDK builds at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds don't have working source after I200703150600? Newer zips are missing the eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.cdt.source_4.0.0.2007.../src directory and so there are no included files called 'src.zip'. I've looked at both win32.x86 and linux.x86.
