Hi,

I am guilty of making the page visible temporarily (but intentionally) as a means to enable/disable new features which are considered "work in progress". In CDT HEAD it is no longer visible.

I'm guessing some sort of test panel for new UI but wasn't sure.  I'm assuming we should remove it from our products?  I don't remember seeing it before CDT 4.0 but it looks like it's been around for a while, so maybe this was accidentally made visible by default?
