Mentioned names are used as visible strings. So they need to be
translated.
2.
Value not used. Moreover, all strings "CLanguagesPropertyPage.*" are not
used.
Property files cleanup is planned but not made yet. :-((

2)  In

ies,
 is the key/value pair

CLanguagesPropertyPage.tip.applytoallcheck=Apply changes to all funcking
configurations

still being used?  I couldn't find any references to this key.  But just
in case if it needs to be kept, should its value be updated?
