[cdt-dev] Getting started building CDT

Can someone point me to the appropriate getting-started page for 
building CDT? I checked out the plugins from CVS HEAD but they're 
covered in compile errors so I think I have a version mismatch with 
eclipse (I've got 3.2.2-linux-gtk)

I don't need the head, I'm just learning for now. I can use a recent 
snapshot if that's easier (and someone tells me where it is)
