[cdt-dev] Externalized strings and unused imports

Hi all,

 

Please, if you make changes in the existing code or adding new source files (including a third party's patches) remove the unused imports and put the $NON_NLS_ tags if the strings are not to be translated. I spent an hour trying to cleanup the debug plugins, but had to give up at the end.
