This is the active development stream, changes should be targetted for what
we plan to deploy as early as possible.
Unless there are significant platform/runtime changes, you can always use
an older version of the IDE for your work, targetting the newer one via the
PDE options.
Or am I missing something?

Would be nice to wait until 3.3 becomes more mature. Breaking compatibility
with 3.2 before it happens can be painful.
