[cdt-dev] Listening for changes in the MBS/Standard Make system

Hi,

I am looking for some clues as to how to listen for changes in the MBS (and - 
for future reference - the Standard make system ).

Specifically, I want to know
- when files (resources) are created/deleted/renamed
- when projects are created/deleted
- when project references are updated
- when tools options are changed
etc
