Sorry to be a pest, but it's generally considered good form to make Eclipse-related presentations available in at least one format that doesn't require a proprietary tool. PDF is generally a good one. There are numerous free tools out there that will gen PDFs for you. I personally use http://www.pdf995.com/

They are available off the summit page: http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/CDT/summitfall2006. They are actually located on the downloads.eclipse.org so accessing them will be a bit slow until the Eclipse 3.2.1 madness is over.
