[cdt-dev] update to MBS Extensibility Guide 
Hello all,

I've just checked in some changes to the MBS Extensibility Guide to provide
some documentation for the custom wizard page support in MBS.  This
document lives in the ISV help (org.eclipse.cdt.doc.isv).

This is sort of a first pass.  If you are using the custom wizard page
support and have suggestions (or patches!) for improving this documentation
let me know.
