[cdt-dev] Submitting code for IndexView

Hey gang. I am submitting an update to the Count Nodes menu item in the Index View. It will now count a number of different things in the index and will prove very important (and has proven) when debugging the indexers. This is a somewhat hidden view so I do not think the impact of the change is significant.
