[cdt-dev] C/C++ Project explorer does not refresh after Rename Refactor

Hello All,

I have noted that C++ Explorer is not
refreshing sometime. For example, after rename refactoring a class from
the C++ Editor (not the browser), it seems the browser does not refresh,
we need to manually make a change, and then save to get the explorer refreshed
again.

Look like there is a problem with update
infrastructure, I have noted this when we do change source files programmatically,
the browser is not getting updated sometimes.

Does anyone has clue why this happens
?
