RE: [cdt-dev] Monthly Call Tomorrow

Hey Doug,

Let’s try to hook up early on at the conference so we can schedule our BOFs around each other.  I want to encourage folks to attend both, since I advertise the Device Debugging (DD) and Target Management (TM) projects as extensions to CDT and the Eclipse Platform.

Please note that DSDP now contains two additional projects:  Mobile Tools for the Java Platform (MTJ) and Native Application Builder (NAB).  I’m only talking about scheduling a BOF for DD / TM (if Martin is interested).  Nokia and Fujitsu may choose to schedule their own BOF’s for their subprojects.

Wow, it’s going to be a full event.

Doug

Doug Gaff and I were talking at the DSDP meeting and we thought it was a good idea to co-ordinate our BOFs with those of DSDP so that we can make sure that people can attend both.

Hi Doug,

I think we should discuss agendas for our EclipseCon week meetings.  I sent this out a couple of weeks ago, and the only response I got was from Mikhail K. saying that we was not going to be attending (unfortunately).

CDT BOF:

1.  What’s new for 3.1 – some set of committers (e.g., Doug (PDOM), Mikhail K (Debug), Leo/Mikhail/Chris (MBS), etc.) present what’s new in 3.1

2.  User feedback – anyone from the audience who wants to give us feedback on their experience with CDT, or suggest new requirements, etc.

CDT Contributor’s Meeting:

1.  Any remaining issues for 3.1:

  • Changes for Photran?
  • What else?

2.  Plans for 4.0:

  • PDOM, Parser, and Indexer – Doug
  • Debugger – Mikhail
  • Project Model and MBS – Leo,Mikhail,Chris
  • What else?

Sumit, would you prefer to present at the BOF (time allowing) or at the Contributor’s meeting? -  "HP C/C++ Remote Developer Plug-in 1.0 for Eclipse"

Regards,

Leo
