After running in debug mode (with an options file with 
"org.eclipse.cdt.debug.mi.core/debug=true" in it), I can't seem to 
reproduce this... :-/

As soon as I can reliably reproduce it, I'll describe a test case. In 
the mean time, it seems to be gone.
