RE: [cdt-dev] Vote for Committer Restructuring

Fine by me... we already do this on MBS.

People should do this anyway.  It's common courtesy when a guest in
someone's house to ask them before you go knocking down walls :-)

Within reason of course.  If you have to do every single thing by
committee then nothing will get done.  People will have to use their
judgement.
