RE: [cdt-dev] Build-command unreliable

Thanks for bringing this up Jeremiah. We still have unresolved issues with
the platform build. It would probably be worth starting a new Bug for the
platform team to bring it to their attention.

I think part of our responsibility is to figure out what the workflows
should be for invoking the CDT build. At one time we had our own menu items
since the platform was way off. We got rid of them to play nicer in Eclipse
but we need to make sure Eclipse plays nice for our users.
