[cdt-dev] cdt_3_0 branch created

Hey gang, the cdt_3_0 branch has been created from the
CDT_3_0 version. This will be used to construct 3.0.1
and other possible 3.0.x's. HEAD will be used for CDT
3.1.

Remember that if you want a fix in 3.0.x and 3.1, you
need to propagate the change manually.
