Devin did a fair amount of sanity testing this morning as well. But yes, feel free to wait for James before casting your vote. I certainly won't close the vote before hearing from him.
And yes, I will create the branch as soon as we're GA. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has write access to all the plugins, though. But it is a mighty power to be weilded carefully :-)

Why not wait on James's feedbacks; it should give some times to all folks to
look at it.
On the last email, you were saying that 3.0 were tagged. Do we still have
the same plan to branch (after all the +1 for GA); I believe you are the
only one to have all the commit access on __all__ the plugins 8-)
