MBS changes are done for RC4 and 3.0.

106897 is fixed (easy...).

106898 is a misunderstanding of how an attribute works.  How Chris would
like it to work may also be valuable, but we'll have to discuss that for
3.0.1.

Thanks Chris and Leo, and Alain and the other Chris
for your great work these last days leading up to 3.0.
I'm feeling very good about the quality of this
release and your efforts and care in these final
changes go a long way towards that.

I'll wait for Leo for the last word and then go. I'll
call for a vote for this to be the final 3.0 build on
Monday.

I will also split the 3.0 stream off for maintenance
work leading towards 3.0.1 using the same versions
that go into this build.
