Originally 105220 was not rushed into the RC3 build because it was not deemed important enough and the build was the same day that the patch was attached to the PR.  Since then we have realized that there are a couple of different bugs which are caused by 105220.  I am requesting that RC3 be rebuilt to include the patch attached to 105220 so that these more important issues can also be fixed for RC3.
