RE: [cdt-dev] Transition to EPL

Take a look at the releng tool for the platform if you haven't already
(org.eclipse.releng.tool).  A few changes to the code can make the job
really easy, simply change the IBMCopyrightComment class and your good to go
(then, right-click plugin select 'Fix copyright'), I ran this with QNX and
IBM copyrights and I have >2000 files to commit, which raises the question
when should I check these in (pre/post M7?)? Also, I can do both IBM and QNX
copyrights or just QNX, what do you guys (IBM) want to do?
