RE: [cdt-dev] MI2 support

I would hope that the first step would be to support both MI1 and MI2 (we
will probably have to support multiple toolchains with different gdb
vintages out of the same eclipse). Are mi1 and mi2 close enough that that is
viable? One hopes yes ...
