Hi,

Looking to the milestones plan. I found that milestone plan item:
 "Class Wizard: generate user customizable define guards (PR 75153)"
Points to the invalid PR, which is from JDT Core and has title:
"[assist] complete: takes forever, reads all jars MANY times"
