  The Milestone plan bee updated to show the state of the items

a few were delays:
  - ResolverModel
     because of new addition that will be in Eclipse31M6, it will be possible
     to move to the IContentTypeManager.  Moved M6
  - IPathEntry changes
     Vlad pointed to new interfaces for IPathContainerExtension, that should
     make the framework more flexible.  The new changes for M6
