Suggestion for the agenda:
  - 2.1.1
    * 2.1.1 version in mozilla
    * targetting the fixes(PR) to be in 2.1.1
    * schedule the release(February ?)

I do not expect the 2.1 branch to have a long life cycle
nor any major efforts on it.  But from scanning the newsgroup
and base on some feedback(email or internally), we could
identify a certain number of issues that can justify a 2.1.1
