If you sort that list by number of votes, you get these at the top (votes, bug 
number, description):

7 27663 Programs launched from within Eclipse think stdout is no tty
3 51880 CDT debugger fails to suspend target
2 30094 Wanted: Remote debugging
2 39204 autoindent broken when using spaces instead of tabs
2 40543 Add embedded (or better eCos) debug target
2 52616 relative include paths

Since it's possible to vote for your own bugs, everything below 2 is just noise.
