Re: [cdt-dev] Eclipse-wide environment variable recognition by shell

I ran into this problem a few months ago, and it appears that the answer is 'no'. It's apparently a design decision in newer versions of Java, not an Eclipse thing.

I hope you get a more encouraging answer from someone else -- I wish I could use environment vbls too -- but I don't think you will.
