No,
Unfortunately you cannot filter options
by configuration. I can sort of see the motivation, but I am not sure if
it is something that anyone else has asked for until now. There is a bugzilla
report that we are using to track an ongoing discussion about the future
of the MBS. Perhaps you could add your feature request to it.

hi!
In ManagedBuildManager.java, in function
'setOption' - can the options to be enabled / disabled for a particular
configuarion [debug/release] checked here?
For example gnu "-g" option debug
can be accessed only 'debug' configuration and not for 'release'.
