  I've just put a fix in the head for

The problem, when converting a non C/C++ Project by adding the cnature
via the convert wizard the project will show twice in the the C/C++ view
and the inside folders would look empty.  A fix was commited in the head
for this. (Thanks to Alex(achapiro) for noticing this).
