hi All!

I finally have Elipse 3.0 SDK [Windows].

I am trying to develop a plug-in for a tool-chain other than GNU using the Managed Build Extensibility Document sample tutorial [CDT].

I find that this document is not updated for Eclipse 3.0.

 

I need help in "5.4 Adding a Target" section "5.5 Adding a Configuration" and also " 5.6 Adding a Tool". 

How do I do this in Eclipse 3.0 PDE?
