It may be the linux end-of-line character
\x0A or \x0D not converted to MSDos line ending format of \x0A\x0D.

Hi CDT-Dev,

In the Include Paths properties page, Discovered Paths has things like
"C:\cygwin\usr\include [ ]".
What's the trailing "[ ]" for?
